If you wish to return a Rawnutra product, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase date. To ensure a smooth process, all returns must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be approved by our Customer Support Team before they can be processed.
How to Get Started with a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our team at support@rawnutra.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items or within 30 days for all other return requests.
- Approval Process: After reviewing your request, our team will provide detailed instructions for returning your item.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package using a tracked shipping method to avoid delays or lost items. Rawnutra cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive.
Returns for Bundle Offers & Free Gifts
If your purchase includes a free gift or is part of a bundle deal, all items must be returned together. If you decide to keep the free item, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.
When Partial Refunds May Apply
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items that have been opened or partially used.
- Returns received after 30 days but within a reasonable timeframe, at our discretion.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please email support@rawnutra.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product to get started.
Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be sent via a tracked service for accountability. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping costs or offer refunds for shipping protection.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or card provider for further details.
Items That Cannot Be Refunded
- Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Rawnutra is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received. We recommend contacting the delivery carrier directly for assistance with lost or stolen shipments.
